All Data Center Decisions attendees qualify for a discounted room rate. Simply mention that you're attending the Data Center Decisions conference when you book your stay. To obtain the discounted room rate reserved for you, please contact us to register first. And then reserving your room is easy-just call the hotel at (312) 567-1234 or book online.
The discounted rate is available up until October 1, 2007 or until the room block fills up - whichever date comes first. Attendees must guarantee reservations with a valid credit card at the time of making a reservation. Reservations may be cancelled up to five days prior to the arrival date without penalty. If an attendee cancels their reservations within five days of their arrival date, the attendee will be subject to one night's room and tax as a cancellation fee.

Parking/Drop-off Information for Local Attendees:
Data Center Decisions will take place in the West Building at McCormick Place, registration will be set up outside W 183. If you are being dropped off we suggest that you take Indiana. If you are parking there we suggest that you take Prairie which will bring you straight into the garage. The garage fee is $16.00 per day per car.
